Terms of Conditions

Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice and 15% tax should be added on all rates. 

Liabilities 

Best shall not be liable for any injury, schedule change or delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever. 

Best's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arise. 

Best reserves the right to employ subcontractors to carry out any or all parts  the services agreed to be supplied, and in any event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause above relating to Best's liability shall apply.  

Though every care will be taken, Best cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of baggage of other personal belongings. 

Payments 

On confirmation of tours, agencies or individuals making bookings with Best shall make payments as follows:

80% forty five days before the commencement of the tour

The balance of 20% should be completed upon completion of the tour

If payment is not effected accordingly Best is not obligated to accept the client/conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. 

Cancellation

Cancellations make in less than forty-five days before the commencement of the tour 50% of the tour cost will be charged and for cancellations made within two weeks period, before the commencement of the tour no refund on the initial payment of 80% will be made.
